Family friendly space with ample activities to entertain your family. Enjoy the day out by the pool with access to a Wooden Playset, 4 Hole Mini Putt, Corn Hole and an Outdoor TV. If you catch the odd rainy day, inside we have Smart TVs in each bedroom, board games and a Pac-man Arcade Machine with over 5 game modes.

Have a cup of coffee from our Nespresso coffee maker and lie down on our sun loungers and leave your worries behind!

Absolutely no events or parties allowed. There are exterior cameras surrounding the house as well as noise level detectors in and outside of the property.

15-20 mins → Dania/ Los Olas Beach
8-12 mins → Fort Lauderdale Airport

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

*Pool heater on request 48 hours in advance. $30 a day upcharge. Will only heat 20°F hotter than outside.

Maintenance visits twice a week to clean the pool. There may be occasional leaves in the pool that fall in as the pool is open to the outdoors.

To maintain a safe and enjoyable stay, fees will apply for violations of key house rules:

Smoking Indoors: $500 for any smoking evidence inside.
Noise Disturbances: $300 per incident for excessive noise.
Unauthorized Late Check Out - $100 for checkout beyond the agreed time without prior approval.
Unauthorized Events/Extra Guests: $400 if guest count exceeds booking or for unapproved gatherings.
Pool Misuse: $200 for violations, including the use of pool equipment without informing the host.
Improper Parking: $150 for unauthorized or obstructive parking.
Pet Fee: $100 per pet.

My family friends and I really enjoyed our stay.. the house was clean and every little question I had upon arrival was promptly answered… we had a small issue with a broken air conditioner in one bedroom but the issue was resolved by the owner.. kids loved the heated pool the play set and golfing… would definitely stay here again!!!

Very beautiful property. The inside is modern and updated. Nice appliances and plenty of space. Beds are very comfortable. My kids loved the Pac-Man machine and the pool.
