The views are impressive and you'll be able to rest and relax in our private open Jacuzzi day or night, as well as our private terrace. There are no buildings next or around ours, therefore you can enjoy the peace and the privacy you expect when you're on vacation.
Our property is close to everything. Transport and private transport is available at all times. Tours, bicycles, electric cars to amble around, restaurants. Walking distance to the main beach, Chipipe and San Lorenzo. Markets, supermarkets, shops, fishing tours, water sports, etc. You're just in the right place to enjoy it all!

Fantastic VRBO

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the penthouse suite - fabulous ocean and city views. The accommodations were very clean; safe with 24 hour security; and offered great amenities, including full kitchen, washer/dryer, private office and rooftop hot tub. My husband and I really enjoyed the ping pong table and the karaoke setup. Elizabeth, the host, was very communicative, helpful and accommodating. Thank you for making our first trip to Ecuador memorable. We will return.

Amazing Penthouse in amazing town of Salinas

MY guest and I had the most amazing stay at the PH in Salinas. It had all the amenities that one could imagine. The spacious rooms with the amazing roof top jacuzzi/bar was too much fun to talk about. We enjoyed the beach by day and the PH at night. We enjoyed karaoke with live drum set while playing ping pong and poker at the same time.. There is a full bar upstairs that made it easy to serve cocktails at the same time.. This place is a must stay if your planning a trip to Salinas. 5 STARS FOR SURE!!!! Cant wait to come back, DP

Beautiful, Magical Penthouse in Salinas

The Penthouse has everything. I can’t wait to return. Clean , giant, bright with views that sweep the entire area. Walking distance to everything.. The owners are some of my new favorite people on earth now. So nice and so helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough for a perfect experience.

Why they chose this property

Safety and Privacy. Inside this grand 6000 sq. ft. of invigorating coastal living space as you exit the elevator on the first floor there are two large bedrooms, a studio and/or Internet room with en suite bathrooms all (3), situated next to balcony access, as well as a main corridor that leads into the main Living, Dining room and card/game area. Laundry (washer and dryer) and a small single maid's/helper room with en suite bathroom on this level.
With four private terraces (no neighbours) to choose from the Yacht club front shell shaped living room & Master bedroom terrace to the back one leading from the back two Bedrooms for some hammock chill time.
Alternatively the upper level commands equally grander front and back terraces from the breezier back one for awesome champagne Sunsets or the Jacuzzi front with equal Sunset rear view due to its concentric circular unique construction unseen previously in Salinas. Entertainment / Social Areas:
On the second floor, adjacent to the Bar, through the back corridor lays an additional private (guest) suite with its own dining room, kitchen and en suite Bathroom for family or guests staying the night, and which leads directly out to the front Terrace adjacent to the Jacuzzi hot tub which is also located here and is perfect for viewing the back Beach Sparkling Sunsets.
The Westerly Terrace and Breezier side offers a large enough area for outside dancing, Barbecue areas, Nude Sun Bathing & gazing or small plane watching.
Both Terraces connect through the unique Party room via open Ocean Blue Tinted patio door sliders complete with its own stage for live musical shows as well as its own dance floor, Karaoke / 50 inch Flat Screen (Sat TV), Darts and Table Tennis areas with its own stunningly built in recessed bar.
