AWESOME HOME

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house! Nicely decorated. The pool area was terrific. Everything in good working order

I don't know if I would call it Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would rate this rental experience a 7.5 out of 10 The property has great potential but there are a few maintenance issues such as cleanliness (holy dust) and dirty door tracks on patio doors dirty pool needed vacuuming spider webs on decks ridiculously slow bathroom drains Rickety railing on large staircase leading down to the pool AC return cages filthy dirty B Ball hoop bent

Great family rental

It was the perfect size for 4 adults, 4 kids (10-5yo) and a baby! The office off the kitchen was a great playroom, and the kids loved being able to scooter and play basketball on the driveway. Easy walk to the beach, low traffic and the beach was never remotely crowded. We did not like the Hospitality app - kept crashing constantly.
