3 Bedroom oasis downtown Atlanta less than 1 mile from The Mercedes-Benz Stadium and walking distance to Publix supermarket, Georgia State stadium, trendy cafes, restaurants, and local shops! Primary bedroom boasts a king sized bed with french doors opening to a second story patio. 2nd bedroom Queen, 3rd bedroom 2 twin bunkbeds. Living room has full sectional and 70 inch television with Bose surround sound system cable and Apple TV. 10 minutes from the Atlanta airport and all major highways.

HOUSE RULES

1. Guest(s) must have and maintain a positive review status, ID, Phone, Email, and photo must be verified. The more information verified the better your chances are to receive an accepted reservation.

2. Guest(s) and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.

3. No smoking inside the Airbnb. Cigarette butts/ashes must be disposed of in dedicated ashtrays provided on the back patio only or upstairs primary patio only of the property.

4. No parties or events.

5. No unregistered guests allowed.

6. Dispose of the garbage in the dedicated recycle or trash bins.

7. Keep a close eye on your kids while on the patios, balcony, and front porch swing.

8. Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

Very Comfortable Stay Close to Everything.

We were close to the stadium, downtown, the College football hall of fame and Coca Cola World. We were close enough that we walked there several times and didn’t have to deal with traffic or parking, < 1.5 miles. The zoo was very close as well, and the family enjoyed our day there.

Great Space for Groups!

Stayed here with 5 friends for the Atlanta Regional Championships. Plenty of space to playtest, hang out, and chill with the bros!

Octavius Terry is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) where he was also 2006 Sports Hall of Fame inductee. Terry holds two Fashion Design degrees from the prestigious Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. After spending 13 years in Los Angeles, California he currently resides in Atlanta, GA and is also a native.

Terry is the CEO and Co-Founder of men’s ready-to-wear brand, GROOM (Gentlemen’s Ready-To-Wear Originals by Octavius Marsion) now known as OCTAVIUS MARSION. He has created designs for iconic celebrities from the world of music, entertainment, and sports including Ray J, The Game, Mary J. Blige, Queen Latifah, Chris Brown, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Nick Cannon, Mark Ballas, Tamar Braxton, Lecrae, Tarrell Alvin MaCraney, Lena Waithe, and Matt Barnes just name a few. Octavius’ designs have been seen on the red carpets of the Academy Awards, the Grammys, The American Music Awards, and a multitude of other award ceremonies and celebrity weddings.

Terry has also had successful careers as a singer/songwriter, Olympic track hopeful as a member of both the 1995 and 1997 Track and Field World Championships, and business executive at several Fortune 500 companies including Wells Fargo where he was a Vice President in the Private Banking and Wealth Management division.
