This modern new 4-level home with rooftop deck is ideal for guests wanting lots of space, privacy, and the convenience of a house. There are 3 bedrooms which include a queen bed on the Master's, full bed on the second room and 2 single beds on the third room with 2 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath on the main level. There’s also a 2-car attached garage. The fully stocked kitchen allows for at-home cooking for your convenience. Just a 5-12 min drive from Midtown and Downtown attractions!
The space
You will love the easy proximity to Atlanta’s area attractions and it’s a short 15 minute drive from the ATL airport. There are a couple bars within walking distance, although you may spend much of your time lounging on your own rooftop deck with views of the city-beautiful at night.

This is a modern home furnished and professionally decorated by my fab interior designer. Book today, it will be a pleasure hosting you! Please note that early check ins cannot currently be accommodated due to COVID-19 cleaning procedures. All available dates will be listed in the calendar, if you cannot book a desired date that means it’s already booked.

*Please note there is a $1,000 MINIMUM smoking fine. Please note that the 2 car garage is available for parking and parking is not permitted outside of the garage or you risk being towed at your own risk. On street parking is available where permitted as well.

*Please note that there's a minimum trip charge fee of $100+ if we have to send someone out for any lockouts
or issues caused by guests.

*We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts. Our cleaning crew needs time in between guests to thoroughly deep clean and prepare the home for your arrival.

*If we aren't booked the day prior with guest checking out then we can accommodate an early check in for an additional $75-150 fee depending on date and availability.

Convenient Getaway

The location of the property was convenient to all planned activities for my daughter 12th birthday getaway. The property advertised one room having two twins sized beds, but it was one full size. The property is located near a busy street, so it can be noisy at night from vehicles. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and liked the convenience of the washer and dryer and two car garage. Parking was very tight, but considering city living it’s understandable.
