Look no further: you've found the most charming, serene farmhouse with wrap-around porch, pastures full of furry friends, & gorgeous views from every well-appointed room.

Feels off the beaten path but in the heart of SYV (Ballard).

Expertly renovated with chef's kitchen, wood burning fireplace in LR, gas fireplace in MBR, outdoor dining, screened-in porch w/ 2 swinging beds, & firepit / BBQ.

It’s hard to get away, and so your experience needs to be spectacular... and it will be!

The farm is just 30 min from Refugio Beach.

Remain under the guest's control at all times
Not be left alone at the property
Be housebroken / guest is responsible for cleaning up waste

Don't worry about anything else - you can leave sheets on the bed. (If you want to load / run the dishwasher, that's great.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Please remove your shoes. The house has light floors and nice rugs. Plus, it’s just more sanitary!
2. No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests that aren't on the reservation.
3. No pets or children – sorry, we have enough of our own here.
