Charming Apartment Near Uzes And Lussan

In our place you will live the real experience of Provence. We offer a 70m2 independent apartment on ground floor with access to our tasteful decorated terraced patio. You can have a nice candlelight dinners or enjoy your french breakfast. Welcome to us.

The apartment is fully decorated and furnished, it has an spacious bathroom with an Italian made shower. It also has a kitchenette with all the essentials; included a micro, a two hub cooker, a percolator and a coffee machine. The main area is delicately decorated by a reputable Interior artist, all 'Provencal' style to make you feel the right surroundings.

Enjoy your privacy in the ground floor appartment with your own door access for the street. We are passing the garden and giving you the best tips we know in the area.

Fons sur Lussan is a village located 15min drive from the Medieval town of Uzes. You can drive to the other well known cities in the area such as Avignon and it famous bridge and Palace; Nimes with its Roman arenas and Montpellier with its beautiful beaches to name a few.

You can bike to neighbouring and equally charming villages in our area, visit a Gallery in Lussan or its very famous pottery shop.

There are superb restaurants located nearby Fons, as well as other activities such as hiking, scandinavian walking, or simply a relaxing stroll in the countryside.

We recommend a car for everybody. We have new Trek bikes hybrid 7.5fx for those who also wants to do some exercise. Our local shop has a wide variety of local produce all from fruit and veggies, wide selection of cheese and cold meats. There is a restaurant in our village and a lovely 'place' with a Church and a unique fountain.

Lovely retreat in Provence

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this charming space during our stay in the Provence/Cote du Rhone region. Frederik was a thoughtful host, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He made several great restaurant recommendations, and was helpful and friendly throughout. Fons sur Lussan is definitely off-the-beaten-track, but worth the distance.

Little oasis in beautiful village

We stayed 2 weeks and it was wonderful. Fredrik, Chelo and Oliver were very Freindly and charming. Fredrik is very knowledgeable and gives good tips where to go eat, swim etc.. We fell in love with their kindness and their beautiful home. We will definately be booking to stay again next year..

Niet zoals verwacht

Geweldig gastvrij ontvangen, buitengewoon aardige en lieve mensen maar het verblijf was anders dan verwacht. Volgens de beschrijving verwachtte wij een huis met zwembad waar we lekker met een boek zouden kunnen ontspannen. De beschrijving heeft het over een gemeenschappelijk zwembad waarbij wij veronderstelde dat het gedeeld zou worden met de bewoners of andere gasten maar dat is niet zo. Bedoeld wordt een 'gemeentelijk' zwembad dat ruim 18 km verderop ligt. Ver weg maar ook nog eens erg ongezellig. Volgens de organisatie heeft de eigenaar opgegeven dat het gaat om een 'Common swimming pool'. Jammer dat daarbij niet duidelijk is of het bij het appartement ligt. Verder hadden we de indruk dat het nog niet af was. De keuken was nog nauwelijks te gebruiken. Het binnenplaatsje biedt geen privacy en weinig ruimte om te zitten. Tot slot was het een hele toer om het te vinden. We ontvingen geen routebeschrijving of telefoonnummer van de eigenaar. Uiteindelijk in het plaatsje iemand gevonden die het kende. Jammer, ondanks de fantastische eigenaren toch niet geslaagd.

Mágico lugar, Impecable Apartamento,

Mi estancia en este lugar fue mágica, el pueblito es hermoso y tranquilo, se encuentra situado cerca de muchas atracciones como Uzes, y Avignon y cerca de importantes Viñedos donde se degustan importantes vinos Franceses de esa Zona, el pueblo organiza fiestas locales llenas de colorido y ambiente familiar donde se pueden compartir muchas experiencias con las amigables familias francesas, los anfitriones Chelo y Fede son muy amigables y los orientarán en su estancia para sacar el mayor provecho, el apartamento es impecable. de una antigua cava lo convirtieron en una hermosa estancia muy amplia y con un exquisito gusto en la decoración, el baño súper amplio, se puede cocinar pues en la terraza hay una área para cocinar y un hermoso espacio para pasar veladas increíbles, la tienda del pueblo ofrece buenos vinos y productos frescos, Hay también mercados al aire libre dónde se encuentran productos de la región. Es importante llegar en auto para poderse desplazarse a los alrededores. pues es transporte es muy limitado, lo mas cercano es Úzes a 30 min de distancia,

Vårtur til herrlige Fons Sur Lussan:-)

Vi hadde ett herrlig besøk hos min fetter Fredrik og kone Chelo og søte Oliver våren 2015. Leiligheten og hele huset var fantastisk. Vi koste oss sånn bare det. Leiligheten var magisk. Ett fjøs som var omgjort til en kjempefin leilighet som vi storkoste oss i. Hagen utenfor leiligheten var og er kjempefin. Området rundt ble vi guidet gjennom av min fetter Fredrik og Oliver. Vi kjørte rundt og så på vinmarkene og det fantastiske landskapet der. Var også inni middelalderbyen Uzes. Dette var en spennende by. Skull hatt mange flere dager der. Håper vi kan ta en tur en annen gang også for hele atmosfæren i landskapet og de vennlige folkene overalt frister til at vi ar lyst til å reise tilbake til Fons Sur Lussan.

Stylish Provençal charming apartment

Fredrik and Chelo are amazing hosts. They wenr out of their way to help us! The pictures of the apartment and the area are accurate, it is more beautiful than it is on the pictures! It is an old stone house completely renovated, so the apartment is practically new, very tastefully decorated by a local reknown designer. You need a car to discover the area, but the first 4 days we didn't have one and rented their jeep, so much fun! The hosts kindly drove us to Uzes precisely to get our rental. They provide bicycles to discover the area and biking through the Provençal fields from town to town is an extraordinary experience! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the surrounding for anyone wanting to relax, see fantastic nature and cultural sights, eat And and drink amazing regional food and wine. There is an outdoor kitchen with grill, sitting in the lovely garden adds an extra to the experience. The local shop cares for everything you need walking distance. There is parking nearby. We visited incredible cities like Montpellier, Avignon and Nimes. The Mwditerranean towns are so lively and have wonderful beaches. The days we stayed in Lussan, we enjoyed the river, the hiking and biking tours. The village people are very nice and we got invited to a couple of local parties, so much fun! I totally recommend this place and I will definitely be back next year!

Cosy and trendy flat in the heart of Provence

The description of the flat and town were very accurate, in fact it surpassed our expectations. The property was immaculate clean. Me and my husband have stayed in over 6 flats in Provence and Côte d'Azur this year, and ONLY this one was really clean. Also, the most wonderful thing is that you are not asked to clean upon check out! The cleaning is included and free of charge! The owners are a mixed couple, hey are very helpful and always got out of their way to help us! They even gave us a free ride in their jeep to see the lavender fields!! There are several charming restaurants in nearby villages, but the owner is a very good cook too, and they sent us a professional Chef who cooked diner for us for a very reasonable price! Bikes are available on the premises and the owner draws you lovely routes with breathtaking landscapes. I loved Uzes, Gourdages, Pont du Gard and Avignon. I absolutely recommend this place!! We will def come back!

We have a Guest book where all people write a small note and everybody say the same. The apartment are more beautiful than the photos and people in this village are very friendly. Fons Sur Lussan is a small, but international village where all people say bonjour with a smile. The local shop is a hub where you find people chatting and having a coffee together.

“Simply Wonderful” Our stay at Oliver's house was simply wonderful. The accommodation is just exquisite, amazingly decorated, comfortable and peaceful. It is placed in a picturesque village with great surrounding areas well worth visiting. Fredrik, Chelo, Oliver and Sook (the dog) were very nice to meet. They gave us excellent tips on places to eat, what to visit and where to buy great wine. We had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer. We are looking forward to coming back as there is surely much more to explore and many more great tips on good wine and food from Chelo and Fredrik to try.
