Once there, entertainment gems such as the The Avi Resort and Casino await you. Lake Havasu is a 40 minute drive by car or boat. Topock and the Pirate Cove Resort & Bar are 15 minutes away as well.



Jack Smith Park is approximately ¼ mile away from the home and offers large, easily accessed launch ramps and picnic areas.



We want to be clear that this is not a home for partying. We are only interested in renting to people who will enjoy the home in alignment with the serenity and conditions of the community. The neighbors are not loud or rowdy and will not tolerate this type of activity from guests.
