Beautiful waterfront property with fantastic views from kitchen , living , dining rooms and master bedroom, privacy pool, small child pool area ,very private, easy access to activities in Carleton sur Mer, 5 bedrooms , sleeps 10, two full baths.
Golf , beach and restaurants a 5 minute drive away,

Huge home with fireplace, two living rooms, upstairs and downstairs HDTV’s , two full bathrooms with a jacuzzi in master, renovated kitchen , bathroom and new furniture throughout, back yard deck with fabulous ocean views , fully operational pool and small child pool available in summer months, private pond in front of house, and total privacy

Owner available at all times , Manager lives in town
We are located a few kilometers from Carleton Sur Mer , “ sur les Caps” Almost half way to Maria
Automobile of course a must , you can bike to Carleton town 5 km however no bike lane , if you want you can take rue Marcel just east of the property up to rang 2 and have a much more relaxed ride either to Carleton or Maria, scenic max

Second Visit to this wonderful property
We have stayed here before and will do so again. With the nice weather the pool is wonderful along with the view. Whales we seen on multiple days, which was nice.House is well equipped, open layout out for a relaxing stay.Best recommendation is we will book again next year.
