About Sue Maring
Our names are Mike and Sue Maring. We own and operate a winery/vineyard in Lowville, New York. Our only free time is in the winter months, hence deciding to own property in the Bahamas. We still like to travel to other places with our grown daughters Crystal and Marissa, so we do offer our home as an exchange also.

Why Sue Maring chose Clarence Town
We love Long Island because it has beautiful white sand beaches with no one on them! The water is absolutely the most crystal clear and gorgeous color of anywhere in the world! It spoils us to swim anywhere else! We love the fact there are no tourists here, just mostly people from Canada or the states that own winter homes. The local people are very friendly, but you don't have peddlers bothering you. They don't exist on this Island. It's just a very laid back and relaxed atmosphere.
What makes this House unique
There are no high rise condos, no casinos, no traffic lights, just unspoiled beauty.
