Watch equestrian jumpers practice across the street in November or walk to the equestrian facilities. Not a polo fan? No problem!! Let our heated pool melt your stress away. Create memories around the fire pit with S’Mores, watch or join your children while they play soccer, football, cornhole toss or enjoy our bounce house. First floor has two bedrooms, a half bath and an en-suite bedroom/bathroom and the 2nd floor has one en-suite bedroom and bathroom with bedroom size closet with seating area. Two additional bedrooms are also available with full size closets on the second floor. Catch a concert in nearby amphitheater, watch shows and artesenal vendors during LakeSide market, or visit gorgeous parks that surround this beautiful neighborhood. There is a also a new playround and basketball court with benches for all to enjoy at the entrance of this neighborhood! You will not be disappointed!

details matter

accused of using their Amazon Prime- no furniture in family room at all. dirty sponges- no dishwasher or laundry soap. Family pictures everywhere. Disciplined for using "family" towels in master closet. All bedrooms don't have closets. No letter detailing property "rules". House was clean. Toilet doesn't flush properly in powder room. Would have told owner all this without posting but she was so accusatory I didn't. Hairdryer wasn't put in exact location and was disciplined for that too! Many Dishes chipped. no toaster. Overall disappointing experience.

Welcome to our home where many joyous memories area created each day. My husband and I have 4 children and enjoy having friends over to relax at the pool/spa and enjoy making S'Mores at our Fire Pit, playing cornhole and board games and Bounce House to get the jitters away!

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love the variety, versatility and tranquility that our neighborhood has to offer. The entrance of our community has a newly installed playground, a basketball court and gazebo with benches and we are surrounded by a small aquatic park, an amphitheater with concerts and activities, Lakeside at the Market, restaurants, shopping malls and our highly desired tourist attaction, Lion Country Safari!

This is a fully stocked home loaded with love and memories. It's considered a dream home by many and it's walking/golf car distance from the equestrian showgrounds.
