Oh Bee-have is a wonderful family-friendly retreat! You'll feel right at home with the cozy furnishings and decor offering touches of ski chalet decor. As you step inside your immediately welcomed by the open floorplan with soaring ceilings and views of the tall pines and mountains.
THE FAMILY ROOM: offers lots of room to hang out and relax by the fireplace. Thoughtful spaces have been set up to relax and enjoy a good book, get a little work done, or connect with friends sharing photos of your day at the horse races, hiking, or out on the slopes!
THE KITCHEN: spacious eat-in kitchen has a custom beverage bar with drink cooler. Lots of counter space and generously set up with everything you need to prepare meals, just bring the groceries!
Also on the main level is convenient powder bath/ laundry room with full size washer & dryer.
OUTDOORS: enjoy relaxing in the hot tub or cozying up around the fire table under a blanket of stars! By day, just extend the patio awning for some shade or coverage from a rain shower. Surrounded by tall pines and mountain vistas, this is what living the high life is all about!
THE PRIMARY ENSUITE: located on the main level and features a king size bed, cozy southwest style furnishings and quality linens, Smart TV, closet and storage, single sink vanity with great counterspace, private bathroom w/ commode and shower/tub combo. Glass doors let in lovely natural light and views of the mountains and tall pines. Enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine on the covered back patio to the sound of hummingbirds and soft footsteps of deer and elk that are frequent visitors.
UPSTAIRS LIVING SPACE: perfect for kids (and grown ups) to have their own space complete with 2 seating areas and set up with games, lounge area and Smart TV.
GUEST BEDROOMS: 2 bedrooms each with queen bed, closet, storage, Smart TV, workspace and treetop views. A full bath with shower/tub combo is easily accessed from the hallway.
Oh Bee-have is equipped with central heat & A/C for your comfort. Wood burning fireplace in the living room. Free Wifi and all TVs are Smart TVs for streaming your favorite programming. Guests enjoy complete privacy, no shared spaces, and full access to the entire property with the exception of locked cabinets for Owner access only. NO PETS & NO SMOKING.
SELF CHECK IN: Access codes for the remote lock are EMAILED to the reservation holder w/in 48 hours of arrival. Be sure to complete your guest check in form after booking and provide your email address and contact phone.
DIRECTIONS AND CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS: For the privacy of any staying guest, physical addresses are not provided until booking and confirmation is complete.
DIGITAL GUESTBOOK: All our properties have a customized guestbook including house manual, event calendar, restaurant guide and more! Everything you'll need at your fingertips! The link is sent via SMS after booking and completing your check in form.
ACCESSING THE HOUSE: The driveway up to the house is gravel with a slight incline. Parking is level to the house. Entry is through the front door on the porch.

Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club is a private golf community with sprawling vistas, lush pine forest, and breathtaking mountain and canyon views. The Country Club Community is extremely quiet and noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Please be respectful of the quite enjoyment of your neighbors as sound carries in the canyons.

Driving access is generally easy to moderate and all roads in the Country Club are paved. Some areas around Ruidoso and Alto are hilly to mountainous but generally easy to get around year round. During winter months, guests are encouraged to have access to 4-wheel drive and/or snow chains in the event of a major winter weather event. For extended stays, travel insurance is always recommended.
