The Space:
This spacious and comfortable home can accommodate up to 8 people. The master bedroom features a luxurious suite with a king bed and a walk-in shower, as well as a Jack and Jill vanity. There are also two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds. The guest bathroom has a tub for added convenience. The living room is warm and inviting, while the kitchen is spacious and features an open floor plan. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this home is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

There is parking for up to two vehicles, including trailer parking, and also provides garage access.

Other Things to Note:
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
- age requirement of 25 years or older to reserve a property.

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday. Our hours in the Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) are 9-6 Monday-Saturday and 10-5 on Sunday. Please get in touch with our office if you need assistance.
