One bedroom, one bath third floor waterfront (canal) condo in the North Padre Island area of Corpus Christi. Pull-out sofa bed in living room. Open-air stairwells with no enclosed common areas. Many Winter Texans and young families stay at this property.

Enjoy the beautiful views and breeze from this third floor unit. Lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings give an open, airy feel. Bring your boat or kayak! Fishing, swimming, hot tub and grills. Two miles to Whitecap Beach and a 15-minute drive to Padre Island National Seashore. Pets must be approved by owner prior to booking.
