We had a great time! The place was wonderful and conveniently located to restaurants and the beach! The paddle board and kayaks were a great addition. We used them everyday. The host - Ken was very quick to respond. Check in and out were easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is small but perfect for a couple’s Florida vacation. It’s recently renovated and spotless. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to beaches, shopping and some great restaurants. We were very happy we canceled our hotel room and stayed in this condo instead. All that and the owner was easy to reach when we had a minor access issue.

Quiet, well-located neighborhood and spotless accommodations

We absolutely loved the quiet neighborhood and it was so conveniently located for travel to beaches, Fort Myers, Naples, and surrounding areas. The property was very newly rebuilt after Hurricane Ian and it had all the comforts to make our weeklong stay perfect, including a small cooler that we used extensively for day trips to parks and beaches. There is a small kitchen that we used daily to prepare meals. The cottage was super clean, the linens were pristine, and there wasn't a spec of dirt or dust in the place. Absolutely lovely!
