Within close walking distance, you can easily access the slopes, and the elevator leading up the slopes. The gondola is also just a two-minute walk away. Across the street, you can use the bus in lieu of the Vacasa shuttle for convenient travel as well. A plethora of outdoor recreation can be enjoyed during your stay like Steamboat Ski Resort, Yampa River Botanic Park, Haymaker Golf Course, and Fish Creek Falls. Additionally, right at your stay, you'll have access to a shared pool and hot tub.

Inside, the vaulted ceilings and two-story windows offer lovely views of Steamboat Ski Resort. The living room offers a comfortable spot to sit down and catch up on your favorite TV shows and movies while warming up by the gas fireplace. New renovations extend into the modern kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances.

Rest assured that everyone will adore their sleeping quarters as each comes lined with a soft color palette and plush linens. The condo's Pack-N-Play is perfect for the little ones, and laundry room access ensures your adventure garb is constantly clean.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This condo is not equipped with an elevator.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
