Come relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located on beautiful Lake Ripley in Cambridge, WI. This house is the perfect get a way in the summer or winter. See all the great attractions Cambridge has to offer, Winery, Coffee shop, Bowing alley with golf simulator, and more! Bring your boat and leave it on our brand new boat lift capable of lifting 6,000LBS! Come in the winter and enjoy ice fishing on the lake or sitting around the cozy fireplace!
The space
This 2,000 square foot house offers open living areas to a gorgeous views of beautiful Lake Ripley. The upper level has a living room, dinning area, 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom and a full kitchen. The lower level includes 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom, sitting room, laundry & screened in porch. Dock and boat lift have just been added/installed making it a breeze to dock almost any boat during your stay. You'll love the calm waters & no wake til after 11 a.m. for fishing, kayaking, paddle boards, etc. Included is a detached 2 car garage w/bonus loft area, which includes a ping pong table, couch, AC and heat, fridge and dining area. Excellent location w/easy access to Hwy. 12, golf course, bowling alley, charming downtown & other dining options.
Guest access
You will be able to access the entire house including the two car garage. The driveway is long enough to also fit two full size vehicles allowing for a grand total of 4 vehicles on the property.
Other things to note
The house is posted for 12 people. There are only beds for 10 people (1 King upstairs, 2 bunk beds (twin on top and full on bottom) in bunk area, 1 queen and pull out couch downstairs. The additional sleeping comes from the couches upstairs, sectional in the loft area, and if you need to bring air mattresses.

Cambridge

Cambridge is a fun town. Made many new friends. Look forward to coming back in the summer. Our rental house had everything we needed. Nice quiet location.

After purchasing the Lake House with my two business partners we are excited to allow people from all over to experience the beauty that Lake Ripley and the house has to offer! We are determined to make sure everyone who stays at the house has a great time and are always looking for ways to improve the house/experience.

We chose this neighborhood because it is quiet, secluded, and in the perfect location for getting around the town of Cambridge!

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because it has so much to offer! For starters you can bring your boat and put in on our brand new boat lift for the duration of your stay. This way you don't have to pull your boat out after each use. Next, we have a large back yard, deck with outdoor furniture, and a screened in patio under the porch. Lastly, we have an awesome loft area with a couch, ping pong table, high top table, refrigerator, and dart board. This are is great for having fun and relaxing. On top of all this we have a two car garage to keep your vehicles inside!
