Our beautifully updated and tastefully decorated condo has 2 large bedrooms each with their own full bathroom and walk-in closet. The supersized master bedroom offers a top of the line King size TempurPedic Bed, direct access to the oceanfront balcony, a separate shower/sink area, and linen closet with washer and dryer. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a Full bunk. Attached you'll find another balcony with more amazing views. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and even a wine cooler! The full service building offers an onsite property manager, maintenance staff, gym, pool, grilling area, and of course private beach access! The Ritz Carlton Beach Club and Tiki Bar are right next door. Minimum 3-4 Month Rental. Association approval required for all renters. $150 Application Fee for Background and Credit Check.
