This hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was incredibly attentive, the room was outstanding, the ambience was gorgeous, and, as an added bonus, it was right next door to the Cadillac Palace Theater (where we went to see Phantom of the Opera) and it was a one minute walk! Absolutely would stay here again!

My stay exceeded my expectations, with access to state of art opportunities to experience the best of Chicago. Loved the considerate warmth of the door people; helpfulness of the lobby specialists and expert cleaning detail!I slept and bathed; visited and walked; indulged in world class restaurants; making memories with my son and his very important person!Did not want to leave!Hope to return soon and will now to the Lion if Allegro Sonesta!
