Sugartown Chalet provides a wonderful luxurious escape into the beauty that is Ellicottville. Surrounded by hills and nature, you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the incredible deck with views of Holiday Valley. The Chalet is three minutes from town and five minutes to ski slopes bike trails, allowing enjoyment of Ellicottville and everything it has to offer.

Sugartown Chalet is a multi-level home - perfect for a large family or 2-3 families - with ample room to spread out. When built, the vision was to have two spaces that are private but also inclusive. As you walk into the home, there is a main door that opens up to a hallway with 2 other doors - the first opens up to a 2 bedroom, 1 full bath, full kitchen with bar and living room - perfect for a family of 4 or grandparents. The second door opens to a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, open floor plan kitchen and entertainment space. Complete with air hockey, pinball, and game table. There are three fireplaces within the home creating an ambience of warmth and comfort. Relax on the huge deck with a bar, 75" TV, fire pit, dining table, and 7 person hot tub. Perfect for a ski getaway or a summer retreat!

As a mountain biker, the Chalet offers easy access to trails. There is a rural back road to the Holiday Valley and Holimont for mountain biking.

If you are a skier/boarder - slopes are five minute drive without having to go back through busy town!

This is truly the best location for the adventuring group or family/families!
