Ótima experiência

Só elogios para este apartamento. Flexibilidade de check-in e check-out e boa comunicação com a Dona Ivana, que admnistra o local. O espaço é bastante amplo, éramos em 10 adultos e nos acomodou bem. Apartamento completo e com ótima vista.

Ótima localização. A senhora que administra é muito prestativa. O espaço é bastante amplo. Éramos em 10 pessoas adulto. Indico.

Não gostamos

Quando chegamos no local, o rapaz da recepção afirmou que não tínhamos hospedagem lá. Eu falei o nome da pessoa que está no site, ele disse que não conhece. Pensa meu desespero, eu e mais 8 pessoas em outro estado e ele não conseguindo nos ajudar, mesmo entregando pra ele o documento recebido por e-mail do alugue temporada, confirmando tudo. Enfim, a irma do dono chegou no local e disse que não tinha nenhuma informação nossa, que deveria ter. Expliquei que não me foi pedido nada e que estamos com e-mail com a chave. Já no apartamento ela colheu nossos dados e disse que teríamos que pagar pela ÁGUA e ENERGIA usada nos dias eu me recusei, pois não tinha essa informação no site. Liguei no 0800 do Alugue Temporada e a atendente me explicou que realmente não teria que pagar, pois não havia essa informação na descrição do anúncio do imóvel e nem no contrato. Outra coisa que nos deixou incomodados é que na descrição do imóvel informava 4 quartos e ela queria deixar um deles trancado, pois a quantidade de cama nos demais atenderia, depois que expliquei que estamos alugando os 4, ela abriu. Não foi deixado ainda nenhuma chave para nenhum dos quartos. O anúncio ainda informa 4 elevadores, porém só tinha dois em funcionamento é um deles não funcionava a noite.
