Welcome to our apartment! We also use this space so we hope you feel at home just as we feel! The apartment is super cozy, bright, airy, and well decorated. All this just steps from the beach and with a breathtaking view. We also equip you so that you can have a comfortable and comfortable stay with: living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, smart led TV with Netflix, spotify and others, Wi Fi, ceiling fan and kitchen all you need to prepare your meals like coffee maker, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, cookware. Everything brand new! In the bedroom we have ceiling fan and air conditioning and double bed with quality bedding and towels.

I loved the location and the access to practically everything! The place is nice. Very Rio! I loved the nightly market outside of the location and access to Copacabana and Ipanema. We would stay again.

NewYear days in the very center

The view from the windows is the main feature of this apt, but at the same time its noisy enough due to main street and beach. we were 3 and overall the apartment is very small, old and bit off wear off... some renovation and new/more dishes/pans would be nice. we paid high price. may bу its more reasonable off the high season

The location of this property is INCREDIBLE. We had a great view, close to the beach and on a cute street. The apartment served for 3 people, but the couch bed was awful. We ended up finding a small mattress for the third person, but it really only supports two people comfortably. Overall it was a great stay in Copacabana and I would return with less than 3 adults!

Few things wasn't working properly in yhe unit and the owner wasn't flexible at all .also sheets were not clean . Oven igniter wasn't working due to the electricity plug issue. It is a very small unit so is only good for maximum 2 person!

I was very disappointed with this apartment. It was very grotty and not very clean. The under sheet on the bed was dirty and clearly very warned out and there was no top sheet. I complained but was told the cleaner had done her job properly, I ended up buying my own sheets. The property was not cleaned once during my 3 week stay and I ended up buying toilet paper and doing towel and sheet washing. The shower didn’t work properly and was lucky if I ever got any warm water. There was an open drain in middle of bathroom that did have a cover that wasn’t fixed in place and to cover this up they placed a mat over it only for me to nearly put my foot in the drain hole. There is also no air-conditioning, just a fan in bedroom that worked well and a very feeble fan in sitting room. I was travelling alone so had a friend come with me, it would have been difficult to sleep in the fitting room due to heat. It seemed to me that the bottled water in the fridge for my arrival, had the tops tampered with or the bottles had been filled with top water rather than fresh from the shops. The best part of this apartment were the lovely men on the front door - always really friendly and welcoming and I felt very safe in this building. It’s also a great location. However, I’ve stayed in Rio many times now and this property is by far the poorest I’ve stayed in which made for a disappointing stay.
