This newly built, opulent three-bedroom unit is located in the lively heart of downtown Winter Park. The Timber Fox boasts a magnificent view from its private patio, which overlooks the Winter Park Ski Resort and the surrounding forested area, making it a perfect spot to relax, enjoy morning coffee, and utilize the BBQ grill.
The primary open-concept design showcases hardwood floors and large windows that allow plenty of Colorado sunlight to fill the space. The gourmet kitchen is fully outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats four. Next to the kitchen, the dining area features a sizable table and additional seating for up to six. The living area is an excellent place to enjoy the flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and ample comfortable seating, along with access to a private patio. Please be aware that air conditioning is available. Additional amenities include a Peloton bike with detailed instructions and ROKU streaming services that support iPhone mirroring. This unit is equipped with air conditioning.
The master bedroom suite includes a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private patio. The third bedroom features a double/double bunk bed, accommodating up to four guests, along with a sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway.
Located on the ground level of the building, the property provides one designated parking space in the shared garage, which is equipped with an electric car charger (access code required). Additionally, outdoor parking is available on a limited basis. Guests can also take advantage of the communal hot tub. The garage area offers ample space for summer bike storage and includes a ski locker as well.
The complex is ideally situated adjacent to the Rendezvous Event Center, which hosts a variety of music, culinary, and fitness events throughout the summer. In the winter, the Rendezvous Event Center transforms into a sledding hill suitable for individuals of all ages. Visitors can conveniently stroll the half block to Main Street in the downtown area or utilize the complimentary town shuttle, making it an excellent ski getaway for couples or small families.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Awesome Stay!

The property is in a great location - near Main Street (about a five minute walk) with multiple Lift lines that take you to the resort or into Fraser. Two of the bus lines are even closer - less than a minute walk. The location is very walkable to many great restaurants in town. The property itself is well apportioned with a gas stove, washer & dryer, lots of seating for meals and visiting, large tv’s, very comfortable beds, and the floor level was a plus for coming and going. The property has lots of windows, and the views are amazing. The only potential drawback is that you can hear the people above walking around - not a problem if you keep the same hours or you are a heavy sleeper, and the ease of getting in and out far outweighed this for our group. Having a few extra towels would be good. All in all the place is great and really added to the enjoyment of our trip to Winter Park!
