Picture this: your very own movie theater for epic movie nights. A serene lake for bass and bluegill fishing adventures. Tennis and basketball courts for friendly competitions. A sprawling soccer field for a kickabout with your friends, a zipline just for you, and an amazing pool afternoon with family and friends...

If you’d like to host your wedding at our property, the venue fee is $15,000 for the weekend. This fee includes venue access only (no additional services or items included) and covers exclusive use of the entire property from Friday at 3:00 PM through Monday at 10:00 AM.

If you’d like to extend your stay beyond those dates/times, additional nights are available at $1,000 per night.

We also work with a trusted wedding planner we’ve partnered with who will coordinate everything with you. She’s familiar with our house rules and property logistics, can help source and coordinate vendors, and will ensure the weekend runs smoothly from start to finish. She has 35 years of experience, knows the best vendors in the city, and is known for getting excellent pricing.

Important Security Step for Your Peace of Mind: To ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort for all our guests, we have a simple but essential security procedure:

1. Guest Check-In Form: All guests over the age of 18 are required to fill out a check-in form with their ID, name, and phone number details.

These steps help us maintain the luxurious standards of our exclusive properties and ensure a fantastic experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our community secure and enjoyable!

Additional House Rules:

No Parties or Events: Unless pre-approved by the host.

Quiet Hours: No loud music after 9 PM (Monday–Thursday) and after 12 AM (Friday–Sunday).

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

No Additional Guests: Only registered guests are allowed unless approved by the host.

Parking: There is a two-car limit on the property. If you need to bring more vehicles, please ask for the host’s permission.

Trash & Recycling: Guests must place trash and recycling bins out on scheduled days. A $200 fee may apply for missed pickups.

Respect for Neighbors: Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep communal areas tidy.

This property is amazing! We had a family gathering of 22 of us from one year old to 85 to celebrate my mom's birthday! We had family members fly in from Hong Kong, Arizona, Colorado, and Florida. This property was perfect for a large group of all ages. We had so much fun on the slides, the pool, the paddle tennis court, shuffle board and the movie room was great to play trivia games on the tv and watch families together! We will definitely be returning for another fun family week! The hosts are great and quickly responded to our requests and questions!

Perfect for our Family

Our four generations stayed at this property for six days. All I can say is that the experience, from beginning to end, showcased the impeccable efforts of the hosts and the premier status of the facilities. Every activity, and the list is very long, from pickleball to water slides, and fishing to volleyball, was fully eqipped and ready to play. The main house was the center of activity, but the single story guest house was perfect for us first generation folks.The atmosphere was serene, yet we were minutes away from all Jensen Beach/Stuart have to offer.
