- Guest is also expected to sign a rental agreement upon check in.

- Check in 2pm, check out 12pm

Notes:

1.Property Manager sponsored electricity usage of RM10 per night (that's around 10-12 hours air-con usage) for guest stay less than 6 nights. Meter reading will be taken before check in and check out and any excess are payable by guest.

2.Guests are advised to take simple actions by turning off air-con, lights and electric appliances whenever not in use to limit the waste of energy and improve the environmental friendliness of their stay.

3.In the event of any damages or lost to the property and its inventories supplied, full compensation to the damages or lost is required. The deposits are return to guests via
- bank transfer within 7 working days after guests check out (final check out statement will be provided) OR
- during check out if the guest require immediate refund (the guest is require to wait for around 1 hour for the Property Manager to go through the property and inventories check).

7.Early check-in or check-out (before or after normal office hours) will impose additional charges.
