Parking space inside the bungalow compound. Spacious parking space - 7-9 cars.
We have a large space for you to have events in our house like Marriage, Birthday, Propose & etc.

Additional rules
- Try to lower down the voice after 11pm.
- Smoking is allowed outside the building
- Tidy up the kitchenware and put it back where you took it.

- Guest more than 13 pax, additional charges for RM25/pax
- Please take care of the sofa, if it's dirty will charge guest accordingly. (Extra charge RM200)
- After using the BBQ without cleaning it up nicely, will be charge accordingly. (Extra charge RM200)
- Wall stain (Extra charge RM180)
- Carpet / Rug Stain (Extra Charge RM200)
- Please switch off all the lights before leaving the house. (Extra charge RM50 if didn't off 1 switch)
- All trash have to tidy up and throw it outside the garbage room.
