Inside, both levels are bright and beautifully designed with open layouts, stylish furnishings, and beach-inspired decor. When you're not relaxing with your favorite shows on the Smart TVs, enjoy cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen with sleek countertops. Once your culinary creations are ready, gather around the spacious dining tables to share your feast. The home offers four comfortable bedrooms, all featuring luxurious linens and central air-conditioning.
As the sun sets, step outside to enjoy the outdoor living areas on both levels. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue, gather around the firepit for a cozy s'mores session, and watch the sky transform into a stunning array of colors over the water.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Please everyone do yourself a favor and do not book here! House was disgusting, home had portable AC units that was not listed in the description, the house, cabinets, missing hardware, broken items throughout the house, and outside 75% of the cushions were torn, so there’s no seating areas

This property was far from meeting even basic expectations for cleanliness and vacation friendly accommodations. From musty unit smells to tripped circuits, to the appearance of a dump site for rental accessories and tools around the house, dead vegetation and water filled planters, tattered blinds and soggy patio furniture, nearly inoperable door jams and almost broken locks, this place reminds me of the bare minimum transactional type of rental you get in a college town.

Woke up Saturday morning with bed breaking and and falling hurt my back not from anything we did but the construction of bottom floor beds. Also water was ice cold in showers killed a roach time we arrived have never stayed anywhere this bad lights out back didn't work this home need serious renovation wont be staying here again picture are nothing like home

Great location
The home is a great location with the beach just across the street. The backyard and decks were quite lovely and were just like the pictures.
The downstairs area was quite filthy when we arrived but once we informed the property management, they sent someone out quickly to take care of the mold flies that covered the downstairs bathroom and dead bugs throughout all downstairs.
It wasn’t clear in the home’s description that the upstairs and downstairs are completely separated with no stairs to access inside. You have to go outside to get to the other floor. The downstairs also did not have a refrigerator or sink so if you have a larger party it made it difficult going to the upstairs for everything.
The AC downstairs did not cool the 2 bedrooms and there was a musty smell that did not go away.
Overall, location and the upstairs portion of the house were perfect.

Regarding the layout and amenities of the home, we understand how the separation between floors and the lack of certain features downstairs could be challenging for larger groups. When we first arrived in was given the wrong door code multiple times. The second floor door can not be unlocked so you have to use the code to get in and out even if your hands are full just goi g in and out sitting on the porch advertising said coin laundry well that -t Myrtle Beach none on North Myrtle. The hot water heater had to be reset daily have to wait for water to heat up to take a shower (many cold showers) complained but the issue was never fixed. Bugs were crawling in the 1st floor and the floor air conditioning only kept the 1st floor at 76 degrees. The screen door on the last floor is stuck open. A 9 yr old fell out of bed in his sleep and almost broke his hip (thankfully it just broke the skin on his foot where the beds are on stilts. I complained but issues were never addressed Don’t stay here if you want to have a good vacation
