As you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you will discover a welcoming living room with an extensive and inviting sectional right in front of a large TV that will keep you entertained during your stay. The sunny enclosed porch also provides you with a wonderful spot to hang out with family and friends - curl up on the sofa and enjoy a memorable board game time or start planning your next adventures. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise everyone with a favorite recipe prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Coffee lovers will surely appreciate the Keurig coffee maker available! Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry area with a washer/dryer that allows you to pack as lightly as you would want. The primary suite features its own TV, an en suite bath, and access to an enclosed back patio.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
