The house was beautiful and had the charm of real wood floors and crown molding was throughout the house. The house was mostly spotless clean but the floor just looked like it could use a good mopping. My only gripe is the bathroom situation. The tub is old, very old! The paint is peeling and scratched and warped in the middle so giving a bath is impossible. And it’s the only bath/shower in the house. That’s a lot for 5 adults and 2 kids. The furniture could use an update but we weren’t there too much so it was sufficient. The neighborhood was quiet and we had enough parking which was great. Great host, easy check in/check out. The location was great, very close to all the spots we went to. A return rental would depend on the amount of people I was with because of the bathroom situation. Thank you!

Friendly neighborhood

This house is roomy and everyone can have their own space. We walked a lot, to the Global Market & food court at Midtown, and to parks. There are lots of restaurants nearby. If you have bicycles, they can be put to use here.

6/10 Okay

All the windows were horrible, and disrepair. I will have a photo of how dirty one of the windows was. Also, when we arrive, there was a horrible sewer gas smell. you did send the plumber out and he did put some bleach down but within a day and a half it came back.We were glad to be able to use the kitchen, but the pots and pans were not very good. Some of the black stuff was all chipped off on those frying pans. Kind of gross. As well as out of three can openers only one worked. The first door to unlock was very temperamental.Based on our evaluation, I think your property is a bit overpriced.I believe that if these items were addressed, we definitely would stay at your property again
