Every amenity you can imagine. Love this building and my apartment.
Relocating for work.
Lease take over Dec 1 or can do earlier Nov 15 through Feb 5, 2024. Then option to renew for one year at my locked in rate which is better than market rate.
$3481 rent + $1000 security deposit, wifi and electric are separate but can be added.
Can be rented unfurnished or furnished for a small fee.
