Our one bedroom apartment is new and offers a modern kitchen. The kitchen is filled with food that all guests are welcome to. The living room boasts a comfortable pull out couch that can be easily made into a bed. There is an adjustable height desk between the living room and kitchen that allows for any work needed to be done.

The bedroom contains a queen bed and a futon that turns flat and can be used as a bed. The closet is very spacious and contains hangers as well as a iron/iron board for clothes.

The bathroom is extremely clean and well maintained. It will contain plenty of bathroom items to last the guests stay.
Guest access
Everything inside the condo, including a private balcony, plus pool/grill. Guests are also welcome to the gym and lounge area.
Other things to note
Checkout is at 11AM. We offer extended stays for a fee as long as there is not anyone booking during that time. Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guests responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences.
