It was terrible

When we first got there we couldn’t stay there do to them over booking. Some one already had my room so they put us in a hotel for 2 nights. The second night we went to use the hotel keys and it wouldn’t work because they only paid for one night so we were stranded. We came 4 hrs away for my bday that turned into a nightmare.
