Smoking is not permitted

If cigarette buds and/or evidence of smoking inside the unit is left behind after your stay, you will be charged a smoking fee of $200.

If you overstay check-out time by 30 mins. without authorization, you will be charged a $50 fee. Then charged a $100 fee for every hour over.

We use Ring Peephole Camera, which is installed on the outside front door to monitor the apartment access. Tampering with camera is a $200 fee.
