325 m2 beach house, in a gated community, fully furnished, with 5 bedrooms, 3 suites, 3 large balconies, very large living room, kitchen, laundry area, toilet, 5 bathrooms, pool, deposit, outdoor area with barbecue, wood burning stove, cable TV, two tables for 6 people each, garage, electric water heater. Comfortably sleeps 12 people. We provide maid for cleaning services during the rental period and internet with WiFi in the house. All IPTU, Condominium, energy and water fees are already included in the daily rate.
