Step onto your balcony, where you can watch passing boats and playful dolphins gracing the scene.

After completing your reservation, please ensure to provide a copy of your government-issued ID by uploading it through the messenger. The information on your ID must match the details provided during the reservation process (including first and last name, and profile photo). The picture of the ID must be clear and with no covered parts. This is a mandatory requirement in accordance with our home rules, aimed at preventing scams and unauthorized third-party bookings. Kindly note that failure to submit the required ID may result in us being unable to host you. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Also, please be aware that if we notice more than two guests have arrived and are staying in our condo, we will charge an extra $50 for each additional guest per nigh.

Boca Ciega 2024

We have stayed at this location in the past but in a different unit. While we obviously enjoyed our stay enough to return we were very happy with this particular unit. It was recently redone/redecorated and very clean and absolutely adorable. They provided everything needed to get started such as paper products, salt/pepper, hand soap and even extra toothbrushes. The little touches such as Keurig cups, makeup remover and chocolates were appreciated. We will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity!

Fantastic Condo

This was the best equipped condo that we have ever stayed in. The hosts Lucy and Dimitry considered every aspect of comfort for their guests. We appreciated the chocolates left as a welcome gift. The Spectrom app on the TV made viewing a pleasure. We appreciated the ability to watch regular TV channels. A large initial supply of Keurig cups was a great help so we could delay grocery shopping.In general the owners set a high bar that should be followed by other owners in providing a great vacation for their renters.
