Large, fenced, private backyard w/ lake view. Porch swing and full dining set on deck. Walkable neighborhood entrance to the McMullen Creek Greenway (great for running, walking and biking.)

Living room boasts vaulted ceiling, dormer windows, a stone, wood burning fireplace and handmade, reclaimed wood mantel. Hard vinyl ‘wood’ floors throughout, and vast library of books to enjoy!

Spacious, fully eqpt. country kitchen with butcher block counter tops & separate laundry room.
