Wonderful

The property was excellent. We’ve stayed at far more expensive homes that didn’t take the care Dawn did to make sure we had everything we needed. We had one high end property that made us bring our own toilet tissue, but Dawn had that, as well as soap, shampoo, and even extra batteries for the remotes. The home is well maintained and charming. Plenty of pillows, bedding, towels, and tvs to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We watched a herd of deer walk through the yard. Can’t say enough positive things. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing

This stay was phenomenal!! Nice, open home concept and as clean as a whistle! My family and I felt like we were at a home away from home and actually got to relax very well that week. Palm Coast is a beautiful place to vacation to. Amazing host!

Best rental house I’ve ever stayed in

The house is beautiful. It’s clean, well furnished, comfortable and in a very nice neighborhood. The furnishings including the dishes and towels were lovely, not like a vacation rental, like a beautiful resort. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are very friendly. The owner is wonderful, answers any questions immediately. I stayed for 2 months and loved every minute, was sorry to leave.

Hi. I'm Dawn Long and I own this lovely property in Palm Coast. I live in MD and manage the property from here. I'm a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of MD. This is the only property I own in Florida.
I do not rent to anyone under 25 or groups of younger people. The home is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by owners and not at all "the party place."
Please check out my reviews. I am very easy to work with.
I prefer stays of 5 or more nights but will occasionally make exceptions but not in the peak months of Jan, Feb or March, where I insist on month long stays at a minimum.
Summer months are quite slow so you might find that I'll offer you a great deal on a weekly rental.

Extremely clean and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect, peaceful lot backing to open space.

What makes this property unique

Palm Coast is located in the north east portion of FL. Convenient to Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Daytona, Orlando-everything you go to Florida for is nearby.
Enjoy the beaches which are about a 10 minute drive-you can drive your car onto many of the beaches in this area.
Winter weather is fantastic in this part of the state.
