Seasonal Information:
Offseason rates during the time from Mid-September through Mid-May offer a discounted price for the stay. Off season rentals exclude access to the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and the primary bedroom with in-suite bathroom on the 2nd floor, which are all closed for winter. During off-season, a minimum 3-night rental is required

Summer season rates apply from mid-May to mid-September, guests have full access to the outdoor pool and patio area and full use of the entire house. During peak season minimum 7-night rentals are required during the summer season with check-in/out days on Sunday each week.

Enhance your beach experience with optional rentals of beach chairs, paddleboards, surfboards, Vespa and more. Inquire for availability and rates for these additional services.

Currently we are only providing bedding pillows and comforters. Guests are responsible to provide their own towels, blankets, sheets and pillow cases. Instead of bring your own, Guests can utilize the Linen Ladies option to rent these and have them delivered to the property the day of check-in and picked up the day of check-out.

In the near future we will providing the linen and bedding services for additional service/fees, these will be included on VRBO options page when available.

Booking Details:
Families and adult groups are welcome for vacation use.
Note: NO commercial or workgroup use is permitted.
No parties or social events are allowed to take place on the property.

For groups 10 or less that may require local transportation, inquire to owners about the driver/chauffer services of the 10 person van or 8 person VW Bus for private transportation during family weddings or other private events. These can be provided only if coordinated and scheduled in advance of the rental, a minimum 4 hour rental is required.
