House located in Tree Rich historic neighborhood 5 min drive to airport, walking distance to Pioneer park, Diehler Baseball stadium, 406 patio Bar, 2 Regional hospitals, walk, short uber or bike ride to Billings downtown restaurants and bars.
When staying in this home you will feel like you’re in a small country forest in the middle of town. Easy access to all areas of entire Billings areas.
Take a morning stroll to Blackdog coffee house walking amongst the beautiful aspen, birch and spruce trees. Bike, walk and explore nearby. Great for kids to roam and visit Pioneer park for playground, tennis courts, kids swim pool summer, and folf course.
Excellent location if loved ones in one of the two hospitals. (St Vincent or Billings clinic)
Home boasts back yard hot tub and infared BBQ grill, large front patio with firepit and outdoor furniture, mini full court basketball in driveway, Breville espresso maker in kitchen.
Downstairs kids playroom, one upstairs bedroom does contain crib if desired. Living-room gas fireplace.

What makes this property unique
Full front patio with fire pit, awesome basketball hoop with large long drive way to play, ride bikes, scooter and relax. Hot tube is nice, and back yard with privacy in setting of more trees and natural beauty
