Convenient, Sufficient

Really appreciate the clear communication, written house rules and agreement, and the simplicity to check in. The location is perfect if you plan to travel all over Atlanta. Would suggest a lid for the trashcan, sponges for dishes, and increased water heat

Midtown Atlanta Gem of an over-Garage Efficiency Apartment

This rental met our needs absolutely perfectly. We were visiting our son to celebrate our granddaughter's 18th birthday, and wanted something more "homey" and modestly priced than a hotel. This was a real winner - an airy and attractive over-garage efficiency with a comfortable bed, a small kitchen and nice table for fixing breakfast, an attractive sofa for reading or watching TV and a bathroom with tub/shower. From the kitchen window one morning we watched a hawk consuming his prey and saw many other bird species. Trees were all over the neighborhood. It was less than a half mile walk to a grocery store and to the upscale shops around Atlantic Station. We knew there were 14 or 15 steps up from ground level, but they were solid, had non-splintering composite wood rails and worked fine for us elderly people with canes. All in all, a wonderful place to stay. (By the way, we know an earlier review mentioned hair (smuggled in pet?) but we found it absolutely scrupulously clean.)

Beautiful views

The place was great, in a terrific location. It was super cozy and a easy check; the price was amazing! Only thing I didn't like was hair everywhere... on the walls, on the couch, on the bed and in all the covers. Hair was in the tub.
