Guests can look forward to new flooring, full-sized stainless steel appliances, first floor laundry room addition, privacy fencing, among other upgraded amenities to enjoy!

The property is fully furnished with a large kitchen, warm dining room featuring bay windows, comfortable and bright living room, and spacious back yard. The second floor includes the master bedroom with a queen bed. Additionally, the second bedroom has been converted into a multi-purpose room, donned with a desk, vanity, and plenty of dresser space. The multi-purpose room has the ability to be converted back to a secondary bedroom if needed.

Located in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood - E. Woodrow Avenue is settled in the heart of Hungarian Village - one of Columbus' most up and coming areas. Even better, it is just minutes away from German Village - home to some of downtown Columbus' best shops, restaurants, and parks. And, just a 5-10 minute drive from Nationwide Children's Hospital, Grant Hospital, among many others.
