The only way I could do that was if you wanted me too I could come and pick it out and then I can go pick you guys and then tooth pick it back and then you could go get it from the shop and I can come back and pick up that day

great weekend to celebrate daughters bday, close to the zoo and busch gardens that we went to. pool was a nice relaxation after two busy days. well stocked and clean.

Nice Place

My group was 2 couples and an adult kid. The place was nice and fit our needs perfectly. We were in town for a sporting event at USF. They are still working out the communications for check in/out. Other than that everything was good!

Weekend getaway

About our trip, there was 6 of us, me, my husband, our 2 children (ages 19 & 22), my mother and my mother in-law. I found the listing to be as described. Very spacious home and yard. The owner was quick to respond to my messages. The pool area was wonderful and the game room area was fun. Although I did not travel with small kids, I thought having a pack-n-play and a high chair on site was a nice touch. The only complaint I would have with our stay is the bedding had not been changed and the commodes could have been cleaned better. Luckily there was some laundry soap available so we were able to wash the sheets before bedtime. When I voiced this complaint to the owner she was apologetic and advised she would let her team know. If I ever find myself in the Tampa area again, I would absolutely consider staying here again.

Not ready to occupy safely

Too many items not ready. Yard had tons of debris, from trees, little liquor bottles, broken adirondak chairs and old building materials. Not, in any way, a safe place for kids or pets. Pool was nice but not very heated. Jacuzzi was big, but, hot water always ran out before tub was even half full and water yellow. Several window coverings missing or unable to open or close. Nice security system, good thing too. Not located in a nice area. Owner started off sounding helpful, but very quickly seemed to be put out with requests. Example,we reported to her all the trash in the yard the day we arrived, days later nothing had been done, so I asked again and was accused of "looking for problems". Seemed she was shopping for a good price. We left after a week of waiting for items to be corrected. House has great potential, but is absolutely not ready for a long stay. Too many people need access for repairs, maintenance, inspections, etc. Very uncomfortable waiting for various vendors to show up and no communication when they didn't until well after the fact. If you just need a place to stay, this would work. If you expect any value for the money, this is not the one. Never received a welcome/instruction packet or email. VRBO don't give owner money promptly. Maybe that is why the owner is struggling with getting vendors to work for less money than they want. Nothing a tenant should be involved with. King bed very comfortable. Other beds were like sleeping on box springs
