Fabulous Place

This place is great! A very clean, open concept home with lots of kitchen amenities, comfortable beds, seating areas and a pool & patio area to chill outside. Close to lots of shopping to stock your stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Wonderful Tampa Getaway

We had a great time in Tampa at this beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect for our daily trips to the Tampa Sportsplex. Grocery stores and other shops and restaurants were very convenient. This dog friendly house has a fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog to have some space to run around. If ever back in Tampa, we would stay here again!

Lovely home

This is a beautiful property with a pool and a huge backyard. We ate our meals poolside and it was so relaxing. Nice quiet neighborhood and property was as promised. Also, the host was very responsive to my questions.

Wonderful place to stay

Had a great time in Tampa. This house has everything needed. Pool water in March is very cold, but 11 year old children did not mind! The house is spacious, well maintained, and very comfortable. Tom responded quickly and was most helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Tampa area!! Thank you 😁

Great house

Great location to Bush Gardens, lots of room for family, beautiful house. Complaints - pool was never ready to used didn't received notice that the pool was not guaranteed untill after booking when reached out to owner he never responded And no privacy in main living area the windows only had Shears

Wonderful for families!

Four adults and two boys 10&8 stayed over the holiday. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and convenient to any of our needs. Grocery stores 5 minutes away as well as a drugstore. Also many restaurant choices close by as well. Very nicely appointed and kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. We really could not have asked for more. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and lovely for a run or walk. We plan to be back and would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Perfect Getaway Near Tampa Sportsplex

We loved our stay at this property! The place is decorated so cute with BoHo vibes. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed to feel at home. The pool was perfect for afternoon swims when we returned from the soccer tournament at the Tampa Sportsplex. Many stores and restaurants were just a few miles away. We highly recommend the Twistee Treats ice cream place for after swimming snacks. Our dog came with us and we loved that there was a fenced in yard for him to get a bit of outside time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed this relaxing property!

College Move

Amazing property. Just as described. Close to everything that you may need. Only reason we gave 4 out of 5 stars is because when we arrived after a 4 hour road trip, we found the propertu completely void of any paper towels, napkins, or toilet paper. The garbage can was also overflowing.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing time. My nephew lives right down the road so the location was perfect. The house was amazing, beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed their space. We connected Tom when we arrived looking for a net to clean the pool so the kids could use the pool. He called the maintenance man and had it cleaned right away. I made sure it was ok with him if family was able to stop by and join us for dinner as my in laws as live in the area . And he didn’t mind at all. I will be booking this location again.

Cute house with a pool

This house is so cute! The decorations and thoughtfulness put into the space shows a flare for the creativity. We enjoyed being able to use the pool at the house. Playing the games at the house was also very enjoyable. The only recommendations we have are for the grass to be cut prior to guest arrival, the pool to be filled to a level that the skimmer will catch debris, and the spiderwebs to be removed from the pool area. The only problem we ran into was the a/c went completely out in the middle of our last night so that made the last day miserable. Communication with the host had been prompt prior to arrival. When we discovered the a/c being out it took the host hours to respond back. Overall it was an ok experience.

There wouldnt have been much I could have done that late at night, I got a tech out there that morning, but check out being at 10am it was right after you left .

Great place !!

Needed a comfy and clean place to stay during our weekend trip to Tampa …. This place fit the bill! It had plenty of room in all areas. The large kitchen had everything we needed to eat in or cook. There is both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, so bring either for your morning brew. The pool was not heated which was a bummer, and although it was 80 degrees in February, the water was very cold. On the plus side, there was a table and chairs to sit at to drink our coffee or enjoy a few cocktails … nice ambience. The area around the pool was enclosed, so no bugs or animals. It had a fenced in back yard with plenty of privacy. The unit was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Don’t forget to check the garage even if you don’t use it …. Washer and dryer, beach towels & beach toys are stored there. Discovered that after we went to the beach…. Lol Owner responds very timely with answers to questions. I would definitely stay here again.
