Cactus Cove is a 2000 square foot townhome is located smack dab in the heart of Arnolds Park. The master bedroom suite patio faces northwest, West Lake Okoboji, with views of Saturday night fireworks. The spare bedrooms' patio and downstairs living space with patio face Lake Minnewashta. We have newly updated the carpet, furnishings, mattresses, and linens in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. We cater to your needs; please reach out if there is something you need in the home that we don't have listed.

Location!! Park the car for your stay, you won't need it. The Inn is across the street and the Roof Garden is a 1 minute drive/5 minute walk, making this location ideal if you have an event to attend. Oak Hill Marina, Lake Minnewashta boat entrance, and Emerald Hills golf course are located across highway 71. West Lake Okoboji, Central Emporium, Sand Volleyball, the beach, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, Pirates Cove Adventure park, Queens Court, The Roof Gardens, the Green Space, and Maxwell's beach cafe are a 5 minute walk. The restaurants, clothing stores, coffee, donut shops, and nightlife is also conveniently within walking distance. If you do need to drive somewhere, we are conveniently off highway 71 and you are quickly on your way.

To get some exercise you can access Great Lakes Spine Trail down Damn Road or enjoy the views of Pillsbury Point State Park and Sunset beach next to West Lake. Enjoy a morning coffee from Topog or Spice and Lemon Cafe while you relax and let the kids play at Central Park.

Winter games - this is a perfect location. You'll have the flexibility to retreat to the house for a break and enjoy the fireplace, or refill on food and drink between events!

Cactus Cove Downstairs Area:
You will find an open space concept with a door that leads directly to the patio for more entertainment and dining space. The kitchen is fully furnished, including a slow cooker, coffee maker, kettle, and air fryer in the pantry. The patio has an umbrella, patio table and chairs and grill. There are 3 total TVs in the house: 1 in the main living space, 1 in a queen suite, and 1 in the master bedroom.

Cactus Cove Upstairs Area:
All bedrooms are located upstairs. The master boasts a ton of space, with a walk out patio, king bed, sofa sleeper, dresser, double vanities in bathroom, walk in closet, and separate shower/toilet space. There are two spare bedrooms, both with Queen beds, closet space, and a shared walk out patio. The spare bathroom has a tub/shower, single vanity, and additional storage. The upstairs also has a large laundry room with washer, dryer, steamer, iron with ironing board, cabinets, rods to hang clothes, shelves, and a sink.
 
For families with littles, we have stocked a pack-n-play, umbrella stroller, sippy cups, and small utensils.

All bedroom night stands have a USB charging station and each bedroom has a noise maker. Spare bedroom 1 has trundle, spare bedroom 2 has a futon for additional sleeping space.
