Sitting on 200 feet of gorgeous beachfront, Seychelles Beach Resort condos' high-rise resort promises luxury amenities like two outdoor Gulf-front pools and hot tubs, a fitness center, basketball courts, and beach chair service vendors. This condo has 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms. It has a twin size bunk bed in the bunk area, and the living room has a sleeper sofa, so you can sleep 6 comfortably.

- Schooners, known as the “Last Local Beach Club,” sits right next door to Seychelles Beach Resort. Open year-round with a menu of seafood, sandwiches and spirits, this casual restaurant features beachfront dining, live music on Fridays and Saturdays, and numerous events like their annual Lobster Festival & Tournament.

- St. Andrews State Park lies less than a mile from Seychelles Beach Resort. The park offers marked hiking trails, paved biking trails and canoe/kayak rentals. Loved the view

Condo was gorgeous! View was perfect. Only issue we had was upon arrival, felt like 1/2 of the beach sand was in the main bedroom and bathroom floor! Before we had even been out to the beach! Other than that, GREAT!

Very Nice Stay!

Well equipped and clean unit! Had plenty of room for our party of 5. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, we cooked in a couple of nights and were able to find everything we needed to cook. I love that there were lots of utensils, dishes, coffee mugs and cups. My only negative would be that the blankets on the beds could have been thicker. On the main bedroom bed, it was a threadbare lightweight blanket and I found myself sleeping in sweatpants or leggings and socks to stay warm. Thankfully the 3 kids brought their own blankets from home. Other than that, I would recommend this unit to anyone!

Great place

Overall the place was exactly as listed. Nicky stocked kitchen. Great view right over the pool and close to the beach. Bedroom floor could have used a once over.
