The Residential has 6 units, all with WiFi internet.
They are distributed in 4 apartments, two of them positioned for the street and two for the back. These units have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, closet, balcony and split air conditioning, and the other with two single beds box, closet, balcony and air conditioning split; a bathroom, kitchen with living room, furnished with gas oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, blender, tv and balcony with barbecue. It comfortably accommodates 4 people, but has a maximum occupancy of 6 people (different values for 5 or 6 people), being available two mattresses single;

and 2 smaller apartments, one for two people and one for 3 people (this one as a sofa bed). These units have one bedroom with a double bed box, closet, balcony and air conditioning split; a bathroom, kitchen combined with living room, furnished with gas oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, TV and balcony with barbecue.

Each apartment is entitled to 01 car garage, indoor / outdoor / rotating / locked. The Check in time is from 15 hours and check out until 10:00 am.

Excelente férias

Imóvel novo, bem acabado, confortável, conforme o anunciado, Sr. Gilmar nos deixou a vontade e é muito solícito. Como não conhecia a cidade, planejamos uma estadia curta, mas planejamos uma estadia maior da próxima vez. A cidade estava cheia, e com razão, afinal é um balneário maravilhoso mesmo, não tivemos problema com água, a internet satura, seja ela móvel ou fixa, mas fui a praia, particularmente não pesou em nada minha avaliação, não falta lugar onde comer, farmácia, mercado, enfim infra-estrutura para uma boa estadia. Nos aguarde, voltaremos em breve Sr. Gilmar.
