The comfy, clean and modern space is complemented by restored pieces, vintage touches and local wares. 2 bedrooms with ultra-comfy queen beds + dedicated baths, plus queen sleeper sofa with new memory foam mattress. Gleaming kitchen stocked with extras. Positively, delightfully Denton!

Denton itself is a growing college city that has magically kept a touch of small-town charm about it. It's known for its spectacular live music scene, lively night life, gorgeous courthouse square, and its two major universities. Denton’s combination of history and culture, along with its convenient location just 40 miles north of Dallas, makes it a compelling travel destination for just about anyone.

The space:
800 sq. ft of newly built comfort and luxury. 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Pull-out queen size sofa boasts a brand new, luxury matress. One of our personal favorite features is the deck in your own private backyard, shaded by mature trees. Even in the heat of the Texas summer, it's a lovely and serene respite from the world.

The Casita is located in the large backyard of our main residence, so we may even cross paths! You'll have access to the full Casita, the private walk leading to it, and the fenced backyard! We do our best to honor all guests' privacy and quiet - we're happy to engage, but we'll let you take the lead.

Other things to note:
We'll help make your life easier if you're traveling with small children! We can provide a pack n' play and recommendations for local sitters upon request.

The Gato Bandito is a real cat, and roams the property freely. He's incredibly friendly and charismatic, but please do not let him (or any other animals) into the Casita. We love hearing of your Bandito sightings!
