Northwoods charm with all the comforts of home, a fully furnished 2bd/2bath lower unit with panoramic views of Little St. Germain Lake available to call yours for a weeklong vacation or a long weekend getaway. This one-of-a-kind cozy lodge served as a retreat for family and friends for many years, formerly known as part of the Black Bear Resort. As new owners, we would like to offer it to you and your family as a spot to continue the tradition of making memories.

Step through the huge patio door to stunning water views. Take advantage of the 2,100 ft of shared frontage of Little St Germain Lake, which is 980 acres and zoned fully recreational. You will have an assigned boat slip and the shared use of the sand beach and playground area.

No matter the season, you're sure to find something to cure your craving for adventure. Enjoy the miles of hiking/biking trails during the warmer months, or find the comfort of your fireplace to warm up after a day of snowmobiling or ice-fishing.

Appreciate the peaceful setting from your patio, walking paths encompassing over 12 wooded acres, and common fire pits. This location is only minutes from all that beautiful Saint Germain offers!
