Cute 2 bedroom 1 bath home, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room in basement. With-in walking distance to downtown Eagle River - enjoy all the amenities of the downtown has to offer. Close to Eagle Rive channel of lakes and the derby track. Large backyard partially fenced in and back deck.
The Snowmobile trails and UTV trail only one block away, you can leave right from the driveway.

Great Weekend Getaway

Stayed at this adorable 2 bedroom house with another couple. It was perfect. Made steaks one evening and played cards in the dining room. This house is located right in town. Many places to walk to. Would stay here again.

Property was perfect for our weekend stay. Close to everything. Great dining, bars, and close to snowmobile rental. Perfect size place, very clean and quaint.
