Located at the south end of North Hutchinson Island, jewel of the Treasure Coast, our 2000+ sq.ft. beachfront condo in the premier high rise building on the island combines full luxury amenities in an uncongested locale yet is convenient to the shopping, restaurants, theater, museums, botanical gardens, golf courses and transportation of Vero Beach, trendy downtown Fort Pierce, and Port St Lucie.

You will want to be up early to take in the awe inspiring sunrises from the 200+ sq.ft. deck overlooking the ocean and the beautiful green seagrapes. Then work on your tan by sunbathing at the quiet, uncrowded beach or the heated pool then relax in the hot tub or sauna. For the athletically inclined, workout in our well appointed exercise room or test yourselves in a rousing game of tennis or pickleball at the on-site court. Numerous golf courses are a short drive away and bike, boat and kayak rentals are also close by. Hungry yet? Enjoy dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants, use the community grill, or prepare dinner and cocktails in the fully stocked kitchen. Later, head downstairs to participate in community social events or indulge in a quick game of billiards or ping pong. Then, after such a busy day, relax with a nightcap on the deck before turning in to get some rest in the master bedroom with ocean and starry views and the calming sounds of the ocean waves. Amenities include access to a one car garage with additional uncovered parking available. Two of the three bedrooms are en-suite. Laundry facility is included. Unit includes WiFi and wireless printer. Numerous beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys are available for tenant use.

Refund policy :

1. 100% refund if you cancel 45 days prior to beginning of lease term.
2. 50% refund if you cancel 30-44 days prior to beginning of lease term.
3. 100% refund if you are not approved by HOA.
4. Not refundable if you cancel within 30 days of beginning of lease term.


Note that our HOA requires a minimum two month lease and a completed rental application at a cost of $150 to you. Lease includes acknowledgement of, and agreement with, HOA rules and policies. This process takes a few weeks so please book well in advance. A security deposit of $2000 is also required. Onsite parties or group events are prohibited. Pets are prohibited as well as smoking anywhere in the unit or on the grounds.
